Order Processing

Orders placed on our website typically leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days. We occasionally have a longer order delay, especially during particularly busy periods.

Shipping Domestically (US)

When your product ships, regular ground delivery will deliver it in 3–7 business days. Please be aware that during that time period, our carriers will deliver your item to the nearest USPS office.

Your order will be delivered by FedEx or UPS within a 2-business-day window if you choose expedited shipping.

Shipping within Canada

When your product ships, regular ground delivery will deliver it in 3–7 business days. To achieve these delivery requirements, we collaborate with a range of carriers. No taxes or customs will be applied to orders once they are delivered.

We do occasionally longer delays in order processing times, especially during promotions and the Christmas season, shipments may be somewhat delayed. We are sorry for the trouble.

Shipping outside the United States or Canada

Depending on your country and purchase amount, Landmark offers DDP (Delivered duty paid) or DDU (Delivered duty unpaid) for international delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. International packages should arrive in 3-7 business days (including a 1-3 business day processing period); but, depending on where you are, they could come sooner or later!

Orders that are being delivered abroad to the UK, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or an EU member state will be delivered DDP. All other destinations will receive DDU shipments. Dr. Fresh and Landmark will collect and pay taxes and tariffs on any orders going to DDP nations.

Taxes and tariffs are applied to all orders going to DDU nations.
